The online learning module has been developed to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding required to carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments within Early Years settings. The course reflects current health and safety legislation and the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework.
Learners will develop an understanding of the importance of risk assessment, how to identify hazards, evaluate risks, implement appropriate control measures, record findings and review assessments to help maintain a safe environment for children, staff and visitors.
